Sustainably Managed Forests
Certified with FSC forest management standard, paperboard used by Amaïzed is only sourced from ecologically managed timbers. The FSC standard extend environment protection to keep a close eye on water quality, hazardous chemicals, and forest harvest practice. So, we make sure our paperboard will not cause any irrecoverable damage to forests and will lead to no health concerns to consumers.
Being Part of Solution
Plastics account for 80% of marine debris. The modern recycling system is unable to handle the huge quantity of plastic wastes generated daily due to a lack of efficiency, capacity, and effective management. It makes no sense that we keep producing plastic wastes and rely on others to take care of what's being left. With that in mind, Amaïzed aims to be part of the solution from teh supply end.
We reengineer paperboard to give it the adequate strength to perform like a plastic product. At Amaïzed, we design, test, develop, and produce paperboard cutlery so to avoid creating any plastic at the source. This will save all efforts and money spendt to collect, recycle, or landfill plastic debris.
